Moin, moin und hi! Ich bin Sabine Witting, Psychologin, mein Spezialgebiet ist die Umwelt(schutz-)psychologie. Mein Angebot sind psychologische Einzelberatungen, die ganzheitlich während eines Spazierganges am Strand unter Einbeziehung einer natürlichen Umwelt stattfinden: Über die Ostsee weit bis zum Horizont zu blicken, in der Neurowissenschaft als „Panoramablick“ bekannt, und das Meeresrauschen vernehmen, senkt messbar das Stresshormon Cortisol, wir kommen zur Ruhe. In diesem Zustand der Entspannung arbeitet unser Gehirn anders, Erinnerungen und Ängste können besser verarbeitet werden, neue Erkenntnisse werden möglich. Das sind ideale Voraussetzungen, um in der psychologischen Beratung anstehende Probleme zu klären und eine tiefgreifende innere Transformation einzuleiten. Zusätzlich zu den Beratungen wirken sich das Spazierengehen, das die Produktion von Neuronen anregt, und die schwebenden Wassertröpfchen, die direkt in Brandungsnähe besonders intensiv sind, die sogenannten maritimen Aerosole, gesundheitsfördernd und vitalisierend aus. Wieso ich mich für eine bessere Welt, den Schutz der Meere und den Erhalt der Wälder einsetze? Weil es wichtig ist, ich könnte es nicht aushalten, es nicht zu tun.
